The competition is prepared and organized by: BF Laptops Notebooks GmbH (hereinafter: the Organizer).

Duration, purpose and places of the competition

The sweepstakes is conducted for the purpose of promoting the organizer on social networks.
The sweepstakes lasts from March 5, 2022. to April 15, 2022. and is valid only for the territory of Austria.

Action area

All information about the competition will be available on the official website as well as on the Facebook page and Instagram profile.

Right of participation

Eligible to participate in the raffle are all natural persons residing in Austria, who on the day of the start of this raffle the 18 brothers) - as well as no other person who was involved in the preparation of this raffle.

How do I enter the competition?

The aim of the competition is that the participant likes the post, likes the Facebook page / follows the Instagram profile and tags 2 friends in the comment.
The organizer has no access to user data except for the data publicly available on the social networks Facebook and Instagram. Any use of false or duplicate profiles or reasonable suspicion of their existence will be penalized by excluding the participant from the raffle. The organizer has no knowledge of what personal data is transmitted to social networks and in what way and to what extent this data is used by him or third parties. The participant is recommended to familiarize himself/herself with the data protection rules in the aforementioned social networks.

Winner selection

Winners will be considered 2 sweepstakes entrants (1 on Facebook and 1 on Instagram) drawn at random. The names of the winners will be published on the Facebook page and Instagram profile.

How to take the price

After the contest is closed, 2 winners will be notified of their prize via Facebook and Instagram.
The prize cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person. We will send the prize by express within 10 days after the announcement of the winner. A personal pickup in our store in Vienna is also possible.
