Job Title:
Purchase, sale, rental and management of real estate, trade in goods of all kinds, especially computers , export and import of goods from and to the territory of Austria

2. scope

These GTC apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer. The provisions of these GTC apply to orders placed by consumers via the website of the online store www.bf-laptops-notebooks.com conclude.

By ordering a product by clicking on the button "order with costs" at the end of the ordering process, a consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

The text of the contract is stored when orders are placed. Consumers receive an e-mail with the order data and the applicable GTC. After conclusion of the contract, the order data can no longer be viewed online.

3. payment

The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the stated prices. Shipping costs are not included in the price and may be additional.

Consumers are available the following payment options :

• Credit card
• EPS instant bank transfer
• PayPal

4. delivery 

When paying in advance or by credit card, the delivery period begins one day after receipt of the amount to the bank account

The risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to a consumer (only then) when the consumer or a third party authorized by him to receive the goods (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

5. warranty

Without prejudice to any legal provisions more favorable to the Customer, the Merchant undertakes to provide the Customer with a 12-month warranty for each Product purchased through the Platform. The Merchant undertakes to remedy any defects that have occurred within the warranty period through no fault of the Customer by repairing or replacing the Product.

For improperly used products forfeit the Warranty:

• Broken display/housing
• Water damage
• Electrical defects due to chargers not approved by the manufacturer
• Installation of software not approved by the manufacturer (incl. apps etc.)

The Warranty claim does not extend to:

• Wear parts, such as removable memory cards, camera and lens caps.
• Fragile parts, such as glass, display, lenses, due to breakage.
• Consumables, such as batteries or rechargeable batteries (as long as the wear is within the limits specified by the manufacturer - 12 months).
• Minor deviations of the device from the nominal condition, which do not affect the utility value of the product.
• Operating and handling errors, damage due to aggressive environmental influences, chemicals, cleaning agents
• Defects in the product caused by installation and transport

The validity of the warranty ends at:

• Non-compliance with the assembly, care and operating instructions
• Damage due to normal wear and tear (e.g. signs of use on the housing and/or display) or wilful damage
• improper commissioning
• Lack of or incorrect maintenance
• Damage to the device that indicates improper use
• Damage due to force majeure or natural disasters, in particular floods, fires or frost damage
• Opening/repair of the device by a person/company other than the dealer himself (unless the dealer has expressly agreed in writing to the opening/repair by a third party).

Additionally purchased extension of G(to 24 months) does not cover the battery of the device.

6. the right of revocation

The customer must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he notifies us the contractor of the revocation of this contract to

to return the goods. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the deadline of 14 days.
